「This was a great stay for our company retreat. It was close to the Grand Traverse Resort where we had meetings. Everyone was very comfortable.」

「An adorable little home Very tidy and well appointed.」

「This unit was in an ideal location. Less than 2 blocks to the beach, with nice view of the lake. Comfortable and clean condo. Walk to everything downtown. We had a great stay.」

「Property was great!! Nice, quiet area. Beds were comfortable and it was stocked with plenty ammenities.」

「I would come back to this beautiful house.」

「Very nice place downtown Traverse City, very close to shops, restaurants, beach.A couple minor issues -- 1. Wifi information provided wasn't correct and had to contact host.2. The parking garage was nice, but too small to park either of our cars (Suburban and pickup truck).」

「We booked this property for three nights over the July 4th holiday and, regrettably, cannot recommend it.What concerned us most was the condition of the beds. All three were not clean upon arrival: a dried blood stain on one pillowcase, makeup stains on the linens, and dirt, sand, and hair, both short and long, across every bed. 「Such a great stay! Very spacious rooms - we really enjoyed being able to relax in the living room. The location was also great and was easy to explore many areas of town. We also greatly appreciated the super easy checkout process with no to do list to worry about. Highly recommend!」

「Conveniently located, clean, easy to use」

「We stayed here for a couple of days during a road trip and had a great experience! Perfect location to walk to downtown Traverse City. Clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved staying in the bunk beds and the washer/dryer was a huge bonus! We would stay here again. 」

「Great location. Great communication. Clean. Would stay here again.」

「It was okay. The floor was sandy but over all it was pretty clean. The beds were really comfortable. Are main reason for staying here was the beach but that was a let down and we ended up driving to the state park to spend the day at that beach.」

「I have never experienced staying in a VRBO where every detail was given to you. Before checking in I was sent an information page with detailed information about the unit. It even had a video of how to use the small appliances. The owner was extremely responsive. The area is very walkable with several places close by. Downtown is a bit of a walk but very doable. The unit was clean and well supplied.」
