Victor is an exceptional host

Thank you Victor for the wonderful service. He went above and beyond (provided advice on where to eat, what to visit and really made the stay feel like home)The room was beautiful and the hotel was tastefully decorated. Breakfast was delicious too! I truly recommend this hotel!

The perfect place to stay

An amazing big room, with windows and balconies gust on the sea front - who needs more for the perfect stay ? Nicola and the team are great, very pleasant hospitality. The restaurant at the rooftop is an experience by itself. Fantastic breakfast with the breez coming from the blue sea in front... Ask for the Spa great options.... We recommend !

A true megical expirience

A true megical expirience at Acotika. We were updraded to the posh "Romantica" suite. A new, high standards room within the old Acre city. Meir and Nicola are great hosts. The rooftop bar has magnficent sea views and the evening drinks and breakfast were superb. Highly recommanded!

Unique set up with different rooms in the old part of Akko. However, there was no breakfast although I prepaid for breakfast, check in was in a short window of time, check out wasn’t available in the morning and the front desk wouldn’t answer the phone or text as I tried to figure out how I would make my early departure without assistance with luggage. The room wasn’t clean at all, hot water handle came off when I tried to turn on the water….and on.

The owners took a keen interest in showing the property, explaining the area and ensuring our comfort. The location is excellent for sightseeing. The accommodation itself was very comfortable and included an area for watching the town and the Mediterranean Sea.

The service was excellent, as were the amenities in the room. For someone with a physical disability that makes climbing stairs difficult, the rooftop would be inaccessible. Once one reaches the roof, the generous breakfast with a view of the sea is delightful.

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht, die beide sehr gut ausgestattet und ideenreich eingerichtet waren.Leider war bei einem Zimmer eine Glastüre zum Eingangsbereich ohne Jalousien, sodass durchgehend das Licht einfiel. Sonst waren waren von der architektonischen Lösung. Hotelzimmer in mittelalterliche Gebäude einzubauen restlos begeistert.

Grest place to stay

This was one of our best hotel stays on our trip from all the staff they were great and the room was amazing it was authentic to the old city theme and we enjoyed every minute of our stay I would definitely recommend this hotel. and as for VICTOR he works the front desk he was a big help on explaining to us the history of the hotel and recommending us where to go eat with all 3 recommended places they were great Abu Adnan Pita Sweets fresh knafe starts with a K Hummus siad thank you to akotika for a great time

Amazing view and very authentic.

We had a very nice stay at the hotel in Akko. Breakfast is okay, but not amazing. There are not many things to choose from but the staff is very kind and the service professional. The view is amazing from the breakfast area. You have an overlook of the Mediterranean Sea whilst eating and sipping your coffee. The hotel itself is very clean and the surroundings very authentic. Inside a 400 year old building you get your own beautifully decorated room with a very nice big bed and nice shower. Unfortunately you can hear a lot of noise coming from the small streets outside your room and we also saw a cockroach in our bathroom. The room is a little overpriced regarding the service and environment. The service in the reception was great at first but after staying a day nobody was around and we had to go look for someone when we wanted to check out.

Characterful hotel in a historic city

A great welcome from Victor, who couldn't have been more helpful. We were then shown to our room, which was a two minute walk along one of the old alleyways of Akko/Acre. The room was characterful; it was well appointed with many original Ottoman features while having modern services. The hotel rooms are within the old city, with easy walking to all the historic sites. Breakfast was delicious with locally sourced produce. The room overlooked the sea. Again the service was exemplary. I strongly recommend Akotika Boutique to those wanting something different, which reflects Akko/Acre's historic surroundings, yet is comfortable, and with a great staff.
