"I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience at this property. I had a confirmed reservation, but upon arrival, the staff informed me that they had "no available rooms." Instead of resolving the issue professionally, they forced me to relocate to another property they claimed belonged to them. The alternative accommodation was absolutely terrible, poorly maintained, and had nothing to do with the quality or standards of the original hotel I booked and paid for. This felt like...
