「The view is next level! Tbh if you’re considering staying next door at the Anantara, staying here is 1/4 price for the same view and some fantastic amenities (spa exceptional) - wouldn’t hesitate. It’s a lovely property. 」

「Check in was comfortable and ease. Greeted with welcome drinks and hot towel. Was provided assistance with the golf cart to our rooms for our luggage. The chalet room was fantastic and spotless. Breakfast and dinner was excellent with various options. Only downside was despite the slightly steep dinner fee, drinks are not included which was a little disappointing. All in all, great place and I recommend it.」

「Very comfortable rooms set around pretty courtyards - one with a lovely pool and another where we ate breakfast and dinner. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the food was good. It was pleasant to be able to get a glass of wine or a cocktail- rare in Oman」

「The hotel is ideally placed at the entrance to the Jabal Akdhar region. It has small but well apointed grounds featuring a guitar shaped pool, a raised boat shaped seating area and a play area for the children. 」

「Nice to be able to stay in the Jebel Sham area. Staff service was excellent but otherwise stay was mediocre. I stayed in a tent and the lighting was very poor. Could not do much. I asked about lighting and got an answer that it was to create atmosphere. If I wanted to be in a cave it would be good. Found the food mediocre especially the breakfast.」

「Stedet fremstår pænt på “overfladen” eller ved første øjekast. Men det trænger virkelig til en omgang, både renoverings- og rengøringsmæssigt. Det er ret synd, for det har rigtig meget potentiale til at blive et fantastisk sted. Udsigten er helt unik, og konceptet med de små hytter er også genial. Måske vi var uheldige (også fordi vi kom udenfor den store højsæson), men vi oplevede desværre et helt dødt hotel, en beskidt pool samt et ret beskidt værelse. Til gengæld meget sødt personale. 」
