「This house was perfect. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Grand Lake. 」

「We enjoyed our stay. Robin was excellent at answering any questions I had. There was plenty of room, full kitchen with a full sized refrigerator. Lots of towels and wash cloths. We cooked meals mostly, and the kitchen was well stocked with most everything we needed. There is coffee in case you need it. 」

「What a quaint spot! Beautiful, quiet and serene it was just what our crew needed. Our only difficulty was how dark it was upon arrival late Friday evening as we weren’t certain we were in the right location. The home is beautiful and fully stocked with anything you may need. Our contact was easy to reach and responsive. Our crew enjoyed all the games, the fuse ball table and dart board. We definitely recommend the location!」

「Was a great time had everything thye said they did as on other reviews the walk back from the dock is a workout but its totally worth it some tight roads on the way in and out but again its worth it great views and great place nice and quite had fun woth the family 10/10 」

「This is an amazing property with an incredible location. We were so pleased to have easy access to the boat ramp and to have a boat slip on property! The apartment is spacious and well accommodated. An excellent value for the price. The lovely hosts were icing on the cake. We hope to stay here again in the future!」

「Property was perfect location for us! We have friends & family that own condos at Spinnaker Point. It took us 5 minutes by golf cart and 2 minutes by boat. House was fully stocked with everything we needed. Retractable boat dock was more than adequate for our Cobalt CS22. We launched at a public lamp located close to VIP Pizza. Clean, well maintained, games, comfortable beds, great view, and quite cove with wildlife! We’ll definitely stay again! 」

The slide and jumping deck and kayaks and paddle boards provided hours of fun at the water's edge. Enjoyed the hot tub and spacious deck area. One of our best vacations ever.」

「Very clean home in perfect proximity to all the property amenities and local services. The host is highly responsive and the boat manager, Howard, was super cool. We thoroughly enjoyed our Adults Only weekend of 5 couples and will likely book here again. 」

「This was a perfect place to stay for a family of 8 plus a big dog. 6 adults and 2 littles fit so well. The view was amazing, wildlife running through the yard at night was awesome. We were able to swim in the water it was so wonderful to just stay and not have to go anywhere the whole time we were here. Owners responded in a timely matter when we had questions.」
