「House has not been updated since the early 80s, needs new beds badly…there are literally cots in one of the bedrooms. The heating situation was strange (wall electric heat) with no heat in two of the bedrooms aside from some plug in heaters that cannot run at the same time because they blow a fuse. 「The landlord was super nice! It was a really nice space. Two adult women staying there for OSU event and worried at first as the house is off the alley but soon realized it felt very safe. Sofabed was plenty comfy if you need to use it. It was just a really good space. Walking a few blocks to edge of campus has lots of charming homes and Java Crew was yummy but it was farther than we thought from student center where event primarily was. That was more like a mile but still walkable of course....
