“This is a cute house in a great location. You can easily walk to restaurants and stores, or to the dollar store if you forgot something. The house was clean and the host was very responsive.”

“This was a perfect place for my husband and I over the 4th of July weekend. The place was exactly as described and a good location to walk to restaurants, breweries and museums. Quick tip, if you stay during the fireworks you can see them from the porch! There is a tree slightly blocking your view but we didn't have to drive anywhere for the festivities!”

“A major amenity for me was the promised “off-street parking.” As we were there for business it was important to us to have our vehicle securely nearby for our three nights. We were informed upon check-in that the parking for this listing was only “permitted and metered” parking on nearby streets (no parking allowed on the street where this listing is). Owner apologized but said the two spaces in the rear lot were not for this listing. I am disputing this with VRBO and have already spent about 80……

“Great property and experience! Perfect location walkable to a number of restaurants and activities. Spotless place that was well appointed and cozy with thoughtful touches. It is a studio as advertised but still much larger than I was expecting. Even though it rained the whole weekend we were still able to have a great time because we could so easily pop out to see sights and join tours and it was a comfortable place to stay in when the weather required. Highly recommend and would definitely……

“We did not stay after arriving and walking through the place. First, I'm 5'9", and half of the room I couldn't stand up straight in. My wife is 5'1" and could barely stand up straight. The place has an odor, it smelled old. It was over 90° outside when we arrived, and the air was off. It was so hot inside. The "tremendous" bathroom was FAR from tremendous. There was a sink, a toilet that was in the back corner and looked uncomfortable because it was closed on on the sides, and only a stand up……

“After a few minor issues when we first arrived, the property team made sure all was rectified and that we were happy. The apartment has a wonderful view of the Susquehanna River and the neighborhood is filled with interesting, period architecture. Walking around the area was easy and safe. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and very spacious for just the two of us.”

“The room was very clean, and super close to Caledonia State Park and not far from Gettysburg. It is cozy as described, so on the smaller side, however the price was right and we mainly used the place to sleep and have breakfast only. The host was available when needed and overall we had a great stay.”
