「The place was super clean, easy to access and close to everywhere we needed to go. The neighborhood looks like it is being improved and not sure I would let my daughter go for a run, but always felt safe. The only improvement would be the couch, looked like from the pictures it had been replace and was not the most comfy for cuddling. 」

「I couldn't be happier. Was looking for a house that wasn't crazy expensive to visit my stepdaughter for the weekend. It was pet friendly so I could bring my 2 dogs to see my stepdaughter. Had a little fenced in yard so they could run around. It was really clean and could tell it was nicely remodeled. 5 stars」

「Everything was great during our stay and I certainly recommend this rental! Coming into town, it was a little rough, but everything was fine. A lot of good restaurants within a short drive (definitely check out the tatoo’d moose!), downtown Charleston a short drive away and folly beach about 30-40 minutes. There is also a really cool grocery store nearby called Lowes that has a bar in it!」

「The house was perfect size, very cute and the beds were extremely comfortable. The air conditioning was great and the kitchen was lovely. Our only complaint is that the house smelled like visitors had been smoking inside and that the king size bed did not have a fitted sheet on it. The property manager was very responsive and brought plug ins to help with the Odor. Easy to get to location and very comfortable. Needs a good deep scrub and Oder eliminator. 」

「The home was well stocked, clean and I loved the all white linens. The address was tricky to find. I think mostly because the neighbors had a truck and boat they worked on the entire weekend parked in front of the house. Not your fault, just be aware this location is in a lived in neighborhood. I should have done my homework better as for location. The property itself was great. 」

I do want to mention no drapes on the large living room window or glass back door could be a safety issue for future guests, we were able to drape a light covering on the front window for nighttime privacy so it didn’t diminish our time there.
