I had to remind the hotel about my airport shuttle on arrival although I had advised them previously. I waited for over half hour for the driver to pick me up. Apart from that I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful! 😊

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing and did not match the hotel’s advertised facilities. The room was advertised as having air conditioning, but there was none. This was a major problem because we could not open the windows due to the number of mosquitoes and the noise from the building sites surrounding the hotel. Construction work started early each morning, making it difficult to rest. When we arrived, our bags were delivered to the room, but the staff member then held out his hand and simply said, “Money,” which made us feel uncomfortable and pressured into tipping. The hotel also advertised premium television channels, but the only options available were Netflix, Prime Video and YouTube. There were no actual sports or premium TV channels, which meant I had to go to another hotel to watch the World Cup. We were told that the Wi-Fi did not work in the restaurant or bar area. However, on our final night, a kind waiter gave us a QR code to connect. This appeared to have been kept hidden from most guests, which was very frustrating. We also asked reception for mosquito repellent for our room, but despite being told it would be provided, it never arrived. Overall, the hotel did not provide several of the facilities it advertised, and the lack of air conditioning, poor communication, mosquitoes, noise and ongoing construction work made the stay uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel unless these are addressed. On a good note the bar staff were great.
