「I arrived to the hotel on 07/31/2026 and their entire system was completely down. The man that worked there was so patient, kind, and accommodating. I want to say thank you to that young man because he had to physically walked customers to their doors. The system can back up a few hours later and my stay was excellent.」

「When we arrived, the staff gave us a warm welcome. The room was big and clean, with all the essentials. There's not much traffic nearby, so it's also quiet. Overall, I love it.」

「The soundproofing was poor. I had already paid when I booked online, but I needed to pay a deposit with a credit card when I checked in. However, they actually used my card to deduct the room fee again, which was equivalent to me paying twice. At first I thought I had made a mistake and that the fee would be refunded to me, but in the end I didn’t get a single point back.」
