The beautiful flat in the hills of Torviscas in Playa de Las Americas, 100 square metres, is

bright, with a beautiful sea view, elegant and recently renovated for up to 6 people.

At the entrance you will find the living room with sofa bed, air conditioning, TV, free wifi and kitchen with electric hob,

oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and everything you need:

- toaster

- electric juicer

- kettle

- microwave oven

- coffee machine

- bath towels and bed linen

- hair dryer

- 3 TVS

- iron and ironing board

- safe



There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and wardrobe.

It has 2 bathrooms with shower and washing machine in a wardrobe

Finally a large and comfortable terrace where you can enjoy a cocktail with a wonderful view or sunbathe.

Bed linen and towels are included.

There is free parking in the complex heated swimming pool.There is a golf course less than 3 km away.Flexible arrival

and departure times if possible (agreed in advance)

For check-in after 10.30 p.m. there is a surcharge of 20 euros to be paid on arrival.

For lost keys there is an extra charge of 100 euros to change the Dierre model lock.It is best to hire a car to get around

comfortably and reach beaches and supermarkets only 1.5 km away.

Taxis are cheap and there are good bus connections.

The flat is only 20 km from Tenerife South airport and 2.5 km from the famous Siam Park.

Spacious Apartment with Large Terrace in a Gated Complex

The accommodation is located within a gated residential complex, featuring buildings arranged along an uphill road with internal parking. The apartment is spacious and well-organized, offering two double bedrooms and an additional bed in the living room-kitchen area. It has two bathrooms with shower cabins, one of which has a window facing a semi-open external corridor. A highlight of the property is the large terrace, accessible from both the living room and one of the bedrooms, making it a perfect spot to relax outdoors.
