Nicely furnished studio, with double bed and sofa bed. During the day, the perfect exposure and color choice provide a total brightness, ideal for enjoying the fantastic weather of the island. At night, a LED lighting system at the bedside creates a lounge atmosphere. The building was completely renovated in March 2012 and further re-painted in 2014. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove (4 hotplates), kettle, pots, dishes, utensils, large refrigerator with freezer (new, 2014), electric oven and microwave. The balcony gets direct sunlight already in the early morning and until mid-afternoon. Washing machine, iron and ironing board provided. LCD TV - HD with pre-set international channels. Ceiling Fan. Internet wifi 4G. STAYS LONGER THAN 2 WEEKS GET DISCOUNTS!


The complex Mareverde is located in the exclusive area of Torviscas Bajo, 5 minutes walk from Fanabe Beach and 100 meters from the Gran Sur shopping center with supermarket, shops, restaurants and cinema. Tenerife South Airport is just 15 minutes by taxi. Many attractions are within walking distance, as well as many of the places of 'Movida'. Only 5 minutes by taxi is the Siam Water Park. The center of Playa de las Americas is just a few steps.

Tenerife has two UNESCO World Heritage sites, San Cristòbal de la Laguna ( (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/San_Crist%C3%B3bal_de_La_Laguna), and the Teide Mountain Park (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Teide).
Santa Cruz de Tenerife's carnival, in February, is one of the world's most famous, and it's also a candidate as UNESCO's World Heritage; if recognized, it would be the third on such a small island!
Tenerife island is part of the Canary Islands; it's in the ocean, in an area in which Whales and Dolphins watching is very easy, as evidenced by the great number of guided tours leaving from the coast.
In the wonderful hotels, just few steps away, every evening there are free shows; to get in, one just needs to order something to drink.

Had a great holiday in this studio apartment. It was in a location we know well, close to beaches, supermarket, entertainment etc. The studio was clean and bright with everything we needed for our stay. Easy contact with the owner and the agent, both of whom responded quickly to our queries. The pool area was clean with a choice of three pools and there was a good pool bar on site offering snacks and drinks. The complex was quiet when we stayed in September but if busy, there would definitely be a lack of loungers and parasols. We would happily book this apartment again when we next come to Tenerife.

Great location

Perfect for location & complex is well maintained. Pool bar is excellent, very friendly & great selection of drinks & food. The studio has everything you could need for self catering. Would recommend asking for two sets of keys, this was the only downside to our stay. (At a minimum an extra pool gate key) Alex was out lift from the airport & check in rep. He was really friendly & made you feel comfortable.

Nice place at the pool. The location is perfect to walk trough costa adeje, also easy parking with a car. The appartement has most things you need. There is no airconditioning, only a fan.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was spotless when we arrived. It is really nice and well situated. The pool and the garden clean and nice. Everything you need is in a short walking distance. Our host was really quick respond and stort out the few things we asked. Can absolutely recommend.

Enjoyable stay

Myself and my partner had a very enjoyable long stay in this studio apartment. We had everything we needed within the apartment. I initially couldn't find the hairdryer and after messaging the host he responded straight away and offered to purchase one for me (I then found the hairdryer so this wasn't needed!) but I was impressed that this was offered :-) The location of the apartment is ideal, very close to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants. A large supermarket is also close by and as we were 'living' here for 6 weeks this was very useful for our weekly shops. The complex has a number of pools to chose from which is great, giving you plenty of choose if you want a day by the pool and also a pool bar serving food and drink. We would highly recommend this apartment and host. We were collected from and taken back to the airport (extra cost) but well worth it and saves the hassle of arranging this yourselves, although the bus service in Tenerife is brilliant and there are regular buses running to and from the airport into all resorts.

Lovely stay, perfect host

My sister and I had the best trip staying at Giulio’s property for the past month. We didn’t want to come home! The apartment was beautiful and everything was organised so well, especially given the current travel circumstances. Giulio was extremely helpful and the place had everything we were after. Lovely complex and location was close to everything too. We would definitely recommend and will hopefully be coming back soon!

Fantastic apartment - great views

We have just returned from a 3 week break at this lovely large studio apartment. All communications with owner and agent excellent. Free WIFI on arrival. The apartment was clean, including bedding and towels with extra's left which was handy when others in wash. Plenty of cutlery and crockery provided. TV (no English channels but that was ok as we had firestick) All guide lines for COVID-19 followed, hand sanitiser, bleach and gloves provided and masks worn at all times. Water, Milk, tea & coffee was great to see when you arrive in the apartment which was a nice touch. This time of year the terrace gets the sun all day so was great to sit outside on good days over looking the lovely pool. We will definitely be booking this apartment again as it was a pleasure to stay in. Thank you

Dopo lunga ricerca abbiamo deciso di prenotare la nostra vacanza su questa struttura. Il proprietario è stato sempre molto cortese e disponibile ogni volta che ce n'è stato il bisogno. La posizione è veramente strategica sia per le spiagge, noi siamo andati con due bambini piccoli e anche se abbiamo fatto 800 km in macchina in 10 giorni aver qualche bella spiagetta vicino a casa è comodo, sia per la viabilità che per i vari locali commerciali per fare qualche passeggiata serale. Insomma ci torneremmo volentieri.

Costa Adeje excellent location. Apartment has all the facilities you could possibly need

Property is well located close to all nearby amenities including excellent restaurants, bars and the beach. The complex is slightly dated but other than a few cosmetic issues it has everything you could want. The apartment was very clean with all facilities at hand. The bed was comfortable and the balcony is a good space to relax on an evening. Would recommend to anyone looking for a holiday whether it be couples like us or families. Everything you could possibly want is in Costa Adeje. We would definitely stay again.
