Excellent duplex apartment for 6 people with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and parking in a private luxury development (with security) in the heart of Playa Paraíso.

The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay of 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds and a bedroom/living room with a single bed. Three bathrooms with shower and bathtub. It has WIFI, air conditioning, iron, washing machine, kitchen with dishwasher, micro and all appliances. Sets of towels, sheets and all the comforts to make your stay unbeatable.

It has 2 terraces with sea view. The main terrace is 46m2 and has all the privacy and equipment to enjoy life outside. It has a barbecue, a table for 6 people and 3 hammocks.

The urbanization complex meets the expectations of a luxury. It has a large pool area with 4 pools, one of them heated and another for children. The pool area has a large number of sunbeds and has a bar where you can enjoy refreshments and food while enjoying the sun. Gardens, WI-FI zone, games room and ping pong are some of the facilities that the urbanization has, which is totally closed and with night security guard service.

The urbanization is located 5 minutes walk from 2 wonderful beaches, a golf course and with bus services to Adeje.

Na 9 jaar weer terug in deze vakantiewoning. Woning en park zijn netjes schoon.Er mag wel weer wat gerenoveerd worden.Maar al met al een goed vakantiewoning.

Family trip to Playa Paraiso

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The apartment was perfect for our family of 5 and the pool complex was a welcome relief from the busyness of the beaches. Although most trips for dinner etc required a car, the apartment itself was situated perfectly. We enjoyed trips to the beach, water sports and a day at Siam Park. Whilst you needed to get to the pool for opening to secure any loungers, this wasn’t a problem. Luis and Dalila always communicated quickly and were very helpful. Although perhaps the parent could do with a little updating, it suited our needs perfectly. Would definitely recommend!

Appartement adapté pour un séjour en famille. Bel environnement, 2 belles piscines. A savoir : la chambre à l étage donne sur la terrasse, elle n'est pas séparée par une porte et il faut y passer pour acceder à la terrasse. De même, comme.il n'y a pas de porte, les bruits du rez de chaussée sont audibles. Manque cruel de casseroles + Une seule poêle qui peut contenir 2 oeufs. Si comme moi vous voulez cuisiner pour votre famille, c'est compliqué. Odeurs d'égouts/ canalisations dans les sanitaires. Une fuite importante dans un des toilettes dans une des chambre , sol inondé. Résidence calme.

Schönes Appartement mit kleine Mängel

Das Appartement ist absolut wie versprochen. Lage und Aufteilung sind in Ordnung. Die Küche ist sogar mit Spülmaschine sehr schön. Nur die Ausstattung ist sehr minimalistisch. 3 Bäder sind Luxus und sehr angenehm. Nur der Geruch war zum Teil unfassbar stark nach Fäkalien in den Bädern. Das Schwimmbad aber sehr schön und auch für Kleinkinder gut zu nutzen. Der Bar am Pool bietet eine angenehme Möglichkeit etwas zu trinken oder zu essen.

Schön, aber in die Jahre gekommen

Wir waren schon öfter in der wirklich sehr schönen Anlage, immer in unterschiedlichen Apartments. Dieses hier verfügt über eine sehr große Dachterrasse mit wundervollem Blick und ausreichend Möbeln. Allerdings ist es sehr umständlich, oben zu essen, da man alles über die Treppe nach oben durchs Schlafzimmer tragen muss. Außer der Markise gibt es keinen Sonnenschutz, daher kann man es auch oben gar nicht lange aushalten je nach Tageszeit. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist soweit in Ordnung, aber an allen Schränken sind Schäden, fehlen Türen oder die Schiebetüren klemmten sehr stark. Das Sofa sah auch nicht mehr sehr ansprechend aus. Geschirr und Besteck alles bunt zusammengewürfelt, Spülmaschine machte ihren Job auch nicht immer zuverlässig. Das Bad oben ist nur für Kinder nutzbar, da die Dusche in der Schräge angelegt ist. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub, weil ja das Drumherum mit den Pools und der Bar superschön ist, aber das Apartment sollte mehr und liebevoller gepflegt werden und einige Reparaturen wären dringend notwendig.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem wunderschönen Komplex mit einer großen Poollandschaft an der es eine Poolbar mit erstklassigem Service, gutem Essen und leckeren Cocktails zu fairen Preisen gibt. Wir verbrachten drei Wochen dort, wobei ein Mietwagen für Ausflüge und Strandbesuche empfehlenswert ist. Ein Stellplatz dafür ist vorhanden. Checkin und Kommunikation während des Aufenthaltes mit Dalila war super. Sie ist die Perle des Hauses. Die Wohnung hat eine unglaubliche Dachterrasse mit Esstisch, Liegen und Sitzecke. Dies hat auch die kleinen Mängel der Wohnung überschattet. Die Dusche im Bad im Obergeschoss ist so klein, dass diese nur von Kindern genutzt werden kann. Der Grill auf der Terrasse hat fehlende Regler und ist in keinem guten Zustand. Die Körbe der Spülmaschine sind kaputt und es ist schwierig Geschirr trotz abgebrochener Halter vernünftig reinzustellen. Die Küchenaustattung war sehr rar und zusammengewürfelt. Dalila hat aber auf unsere Nachfrage hin sofort noch Utensilien vorbeigebracht. Ansonsten haben wir uns dennoch sehr wohl gefühlt und es wird nicht unser letzter Urlaub in Adeje Paradise gewesen sein.

This property is in a stunning resort. The property itself is in need of some updating, the owner has confirmed this is in his plans. The sun solarium is gorgeous The Views and space is perfect. The new sunloungers where a very welcome addition. The overall space is great. At this time i would say this property is rustic. The owner and manager where very responsive and helpful. The pools and beach bar where brilliant.

Ferienhaus mit Weitblick

Das Ferienhaus bietet alles, was einen perfekten Urlaub garantiert. Das Ausblick ist kaum zu toppen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war immer vertrauensvoll und umfassend. Dalila als Ansprechperson war einfach nur top !!! Insgesamt verbrachten wir einen Urlaub, wie aus dem Bilderbuch. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super séjour dans ce logement. Le propriétaire répond rapidement et le check in et chek out au top. Les piscines et le bar sont tops. Par contre la plage qui se situe pas très loin n'est pas idéale pour aller avec des enfants (plage de cailloux assez gros donc pas forcément top pour se poser et regarder les enfants jouer.) Mais il y a la piscine pour profiter ou sinon prendre la voiture pour se rendre à d autres plages.

Not good enough, terrible experience

We arrived at the 1st property with a representative and it was nothing like we had booked and had no roof terrace. After a phone call we were taken to a 2nd property which was bigger but again not what we had booked and still without a roof terrace. After another phone call we were taken to a 3rd property, this time with a roof terrace but no jacuzzi or hammocks as advertised. We were exhausted and told we would deal with it in the morning. After 4 phone calls over 3 days between 20 minutes to 50 minutes long still no resolution. Not once did Vrbo return any of my calls or email me, despite having all my details and still no resolution. After 4 days we left and booked in somewhere else. Never again and would not Recomend Vrbo

Schöne Wohnung in toller Anlage - mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und gut eingerichtet. Zudem gibt es viel Platz und eine tolle Aussicht von der Dachterrasse. Die ganze Anlage ist top in Ordnung und der Pool-Bereich riesig. Die Pool-Bar ist total zu empfehlen, sehr nett und hat eine sehr gute Getränke- und Essensauswahl mit einem top Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis. Leider stand bei unserer Buchung noch ein Jacuzzi auf der Dachterrasse mit im Inserat. Vor Ort war er leider nicht mehr vorhanden und wir hätten für den Preis diese Wohnung nicht gebucht (das Inserat ist mittlerweile aktualisiert). Eine Einschränkung bei der Anlage: drum herum ist eine Hotel-Anlage nach der anderen (zum Teil auch bis 23:00 Uhr abends laut) und vieles ist zugebaut, zudem ist keine Sandstrand zu Fuss zu erreichen. Beides sollte man einfach bei der Buchung beachten.

Sehr schönes Appartement

Innerhalb der Anlage "Adeje Residencial" hat das Appartement die schönste Lage. Es ist gut aufgeteilt und hat 3 Schlafräume und 3 Bäder. Auch der Whirlpool war bestens. Die Betreuung durch Delila war sehr gut. Selbst Strandhandtücher hat es in großer Zahl gegeben. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr angenehm sind auch die in der Anlage vorhandenen Swimmingpools. Einer davo ist beheizt. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen waren die Mieter unter uns. Die waren oft spät in der Nacht sehr laut und haben sich nach unserer Reklamation kaum gemäßigt. Aber dafür trägt unser Vermieter keine Schuld.

Great property. Very clean and well maintained. Roof terrace is brilliant and we will be re-booking! Handover and checkout was very smooth. Very few sunbeds around the pool and pool table is no longer there which is a shame as there is a great communal space not being utilised. Thanks!

Prima appartement met mooi uitzicht van alle gemakken voorzien

Perfecte plek voor een rustige vakantie. Erg mooi appartement die van alle gemakken voorzien is. Mooi dakterras met hottube. Appartement is vooral geschikt voor rustzoekers. Het complex waar het appartement zich bevindt is niet geschikt voor kinderen. Er is niks te doen en de bewakers lopen als pitbulls rond om alles te corrigeren wat ze doen. Zwembaden zijn mooi maar daar mag alleen in gezwommen worden. Spelen met balletjes of andere attributen is verboden. Elk kinderplezier wordt direct gecorrigeerd door de bewaking. Nog nooit zo iets meegemaakt. In de omgeving niks te doen dus auto is erg noodzakelijk. De huiseigenaar kan hier helaas niks aan doen en voor zijn appartement hoef je het niet te Laten. Die is perfect. De onvriendelijke kinderlocatie heeft onze vakantie wel negatief beïnvloed. Als de kinderen het naar hun zin hebben dan de ouders ook maar helaas.
