「Stayed at Hotel Alta Montaña and it delivered exactly what you want from a mountain base. Clean, quiet, and well run. The staff are genuinely welcoming, not just polite, which makes a difference when you’re staying a few days. The views are outstanding, especially sitting above the cloud layer at around 1,400 meters. From a cycling standpoint, the location is hard to beat.
