We recently stayed at Villa Francia in Tenerife, and it was truly an outstanding experience. Perched at the top of a hill, the villa offered breathtaking views—particularly memorable during the New Year’s Eve fireworks that lit up the coastline.The villa itself was pristine and exceptionally clean, with beautifully landscaped gardens and a lovely heated pool. It was also the most thoroughly equipped villa we’ve ever stayed in, providing all those extra touches you’d usually have to buy separately.Additionally, the co-host Joana was extremely responsive and helpful, always getting back to us immediately and ensuring we had everything we needed. In summary, I would definitely recommend Villa Francia for anyone seeking a luxurious and well-managed retreat. It truly exceeded all expectations.

Luxusvilla in Playa de las Américas

Die Fotos und die Bewertungen bewogen uns dieses Objekt für sieben Wochen zu mieten. Der ganze Aufenthalt ist unter dem Motto "Pleite, Pech und Pannen" gut umschrieben. Nach allen Vorfällen ist klar dass diese "luxuriöse" Villa diesen Titel nicht verdient. Anbei eine Aufzählung der gravierendsten Mängel: Defekte Klimaanlage, defekter Tumbler, defekte Garagentor Fernbedienung, verstopfte Duschabläufe, undichte WC-Spülungen, Poolheizung defekt, eine Platte vom Kochherd defekt, Kühlschrank mit Riss in der Rückwand und defektem Tablar Halter,Überschwemmung im Keller und in einem der oberen Bäder wegen defektem WC-Spülkasten. Das Wasser tropfte über Elektroleitung aus der Deckenbeleuchtung im unteren Bad und setzte dieses Bad auch ausser Betrieb. Die Datenübertragungsrate des vorhandenen WLAN lässt keine unterbruchsfreie Nutzung des Internets und TV (gar nicht) zu. Beschädigte Möbel, Böden und Kissen im Wohn-/Küchenbereich.Es wurde zwar das meiste repariert, aber von einem luxuriösen Aufenthalt kann man nicht sprechen. Nach unserem Dafürhalten steht der Preis in keinem Verhältnis zu dem Zustand des Hauses.Mit freundlichen Güssen, ein sehr enttäuschter Nutzer ihrer PlattformChristoph Weber

Fabulous villa. Pool was amazing. Host was really helpful and friendly. Spotless villa with everything you need. Location is great, easy access to las Americas, Siam Park, Siam Mall, Adeje and los cristianos. Only 15 mins from the airport. Would highly recommend!

Amazing Villa

Perfecf family holiday

This was our first family holiday in a villa away from the all inclusives and it did not dissappoint. We were blown away by the size of the villa and the pool, the beautiful gardens and the stunning view. Location wise was perfect, and a short taxi ride away from many restaurants and bars and the lovely seafront. Host was easily contactable and on hand throughout our stay. We were very sad to leave. Thank you again for a great stay.

FANTASTIC family holiday

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday. The villa was stunning and fully equipped with everything you could need. **Location** The location was ideal for us. It's a quiet area, and although situated on a hill, my 7-year-old managed it just fine. It’s conveniently close to Siam Mall and the Siam Water Park. **Host** Jaume was accessible and responsive before, during, and after our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. **Villa** The pictures don't do it justice. The villa is spacious and offers something for everyone. The kids especially enjoyed the basement, which is set up as a cinema for evening entertainment. Throughout the day, we all enjoyed the swimming pool and had some fun family putting green competitions. There was plenty of gas for the BBQ, which we used most days. This is a true home away from home and hope to return next year.

Great Villa

Lovely modern Villa within a new development. Bigger than it looked in the pics with a bonus cinema room in the basement which my teen especially loved. Short walking distance from Siam Park and mall so perfect location if you’re in the area to go there as we were, though a little bit further to walk to get to nice beaches / bars. Taxis cheap, regular and convenient though to get around however. Private pool overlooking ocean views - nice and cool in the hot sun. Host very responsive. All in all a great stay and good value.

We booked last minute and just wow !! Jaume made everything perfect ! We will be back 100% the pictures don’t do it justice and the location. If anyone needs to see any of are photos for evidence please don’t hesitate. Definitely recommend

We had a wonderful holiday. The Villa is great, has everything you need and manages to stay cool even when the temperatures rocket. It was in a perfect location, we could walk to Siam Mall or Siam Park which makes it hassle free. The kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed late night swims by moonlight

Perfect stay

Absolutely beautiful and uncomplicated stay. Jaume was always very accommodating and answered promptly to any queries during the stay. After an initial problem with the wifi, it was taken care of immediately and we even got an invitation to a breakfast in the city as compensation. The house was very tidy and the view over the city to the sea was unique. The centre of the city was within walking distance. All in all, a lovely stay and worth every penny.

Fabulous in every way

The property was even better than the photographs showed! Well equipped kitchen - everything you needed was there and the bedrooms and bathrooms were a great size Indoor living space was good - the doors all opening fully to bring the inside and outdoors together were great Great views from the pool/outside area Well located - walking distance to the Siam Mall and into Playa De Las Americas - cheap taxi ride home to save the legs on the hill! Jaume was a lovely host - showed us around the property and was on hand to answer any questions We had a fabulous holiday and will definitely be returning

Beautiful stay in Adeje

An exceptional stay at James’ villa recently. Host communication was excellent and very helpful, not just before and during checkin but also throughout our stay. Some lovely treats left for us and the kids on arrival (thank you!) was very much appreciated. Many conveniences made available such as coffee, olive oils, spices etc. Beautiful villa in great surroundings. Location was also good in respect to proximity to the mall but would probably still recommend a car for ease!

Outstanding!

My family and I booked this amazing villa for 19 nights over Christmas and New Year and we could not have made a better decision. The communication from Jamie was first class, the little touches he made (Christmas tree, decorations, bits for the kids etc) to make it extra special for us, were simply perfect. We would highly recommend this property and in honesty, did not want to leave! Thank you again, we can not wait to return
