「This was an excellent complex. We had a 3 bedroomed, spacious, clean apartment. The air conditioning was very much welcomed. The pool and bar area was nice and the pool always had a life guard on duty. The apartment was close to Siam Park and we could walk down the hill to the entrance within 15 minutes. The main resort was also a short walk. We really enjoyed this holiday. Thank you.」

「Reception had shocking customer service skills did not want to help whatsoever on arrival at 10pm was told we had no booking had to go and stay with family although I had my confirmation of booking and receipt of payment taken out of my account got a taxi back to the hotel next day to try to sort out my booking to be told again we have no booking I had book this hotel for 7 nights the staff did nothing we ended up staying on a family member’s sofa as their were no there hotels available...
