We had an extremely disappointing stay at the above property last week. I paid a premium price for this property and expected a premium property in return. Unfortunately, the issues that we experienced were:1. 3rd bedroom bed not clean with new linen - multiple public hairs found in the bed on the first night, Saturday 27th Dec. 2. While changing the linen on the bed, I observed very dirty, old, unhygienic mattress protector. Obvious to anyone that it needs changing/updating.3. The garden was unkept with dead plants and 1 metre tall weeds. 4. Windows were so thick with dirt that you could not see outside the windows properly.5. Loud banging noise in roof area over main bedroom. Unable to sleep at night and unable to relax in peace during the day. Possible insulation/wind problem in roof? Or possums or rodents in roof? 6. Heavily dirty balcony floor that made our feet black.Obviously hadn’t been cleaned in weeks or months.7. Mattresses were lumpy, sheets old, towels thin and stained, pillows super thin were of cheap quality and in obvious need of replacement/updating. This does not create a feeling of comfort and relaxation for people who are paying a lot of money to stay there. EVERYTHING was the lowest range from IKEA or the Anko brand from Kmart.I work hard all year and splurge for one week to live in a comfortable beach house. HUGE disappointment. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.All of my statements above can be supported by multiple videos and photos.
