We booked and paid for this property. I attempted to call the person who managers this property with no answer, left a voice mail to confirm.. did not get a call back. The morning we left to travel to this property I got an email saying welcome etc but had not heard from anyone in regards to house lockbox codes etc. I send a message to him to enquire about it at around 10am (check in was 2pm) we arrived in Adelaide at 1:30 and I received an email to say ‘we’ve had to cancel your stay’ half an hour before check in. I was stuck in Adelaide with no accommodation for me, my partner and 2 dogs. I called and called and only received his voice mail.. I thought this is strange so tried to call from my partners phone and it became very clear he had just blocked my number, however, he still did not answer the phone. My partner logged onto his account (so he didn’t know it was the same person who first booked) and messaged the man to enquire about the property to see if he was still booking it out, which he was very quick to reply to and stated the current people had decided to stay an extra night but he could have it the night after... so instead of sending me a message or giving me a call to let me know, he canceled it last minute with an automated email with no explanation because he decided to cancel the booking we had made to allow the current people to stay longer. He has still not replied to my voice mail, emails or calls (and blocked my number). So I can not comment on this house but the person running it is very very unprofessional. We ended up not getting a refund for about 5-6 days .. so we were out of pocket from the start of our holidays. We found another lovely place but had to pay so much extra because it was last minute. I would not trust him.
