We ask that you shower with the door closed to avoid smoke detectors going off, giving notices that they also go off with steam. Simply shutting the door addresses this. We send out an SMS on your arrival with our 24 hour reception line. You can call us 24 hours to explain house rules, speak with a Manager or address any noise, concerns or anything. We have security patrols and onsite caretaker living onsite. We recommend calling us so we have the chance to make you comfortable whilst you are with us. Your review has actioned an investigation by management because we do/should supply basic amenities. Since receiving your feedback we have been able to address procedures and training.
