This is a beautiful property to stay at, very clean & beautifully appointed. Beds are so comfortable. The driveway & steps can be a little challenging!

Amazing home in great location
Our family enjoyed Christmas in this beautiful home. With complimentary chocolate and wine, basic breakfast items, great espresso coffee and all the right condiments for cooking. Gorgeous mountain views from the balcony and just across the road from the Main Street. Home was immaculately clean. Hope to stay again!!

Weekend Escape
The property was very clean and quality linen provided. Everything you need is there for a comfortable stay. Location is perfect for access to Main Street. Would go back again and would recommend. Driveway is steep but take it slow and no issue - the view is amazing so worth it.

We had a wonderful time in Hahndorf. The house was very well presented clean & the kitchen a dream!
The driveway is a killer & the loose stone steps a bit dangerous, we moved 1 as it was uneven & 1 of our group had a bad knee & we were worried about him slipping. The shrubs need a little trim to prevent them scratching the car & difficult to turn. The watering system needs checking for leaks as it watered the house more than the garden... and could use another tea towel other wise it is awesome & we have rebooted!

Great location, great town
This is a lovely place. The balcony is a wonderful spot to sit with a cup of tea as the sun comes up. Good kitchen space too if you want to cook for yourself. 2 mins walk from the main street. Highly recommended

Great spot, great accommodation!
This is a fantastic house in a perfect spot. Within walking distance to the Main Street and everything delicious! 😂 The house itself had everything we needed (including space to separate our children - who were at each other after a long day of travel), was clean and was easy just to walk straight into and settle down. Some wonderful treats and brekky items provided which was lovely. Definitely would recommend! Thanks for having us!

Excellent accommodation
We spent three nights in this lovely, clean, airy home, and highly recommend it. The living area overlooks the treetops of Hahndorf, and it is close to the main street but quiet and private. It's well-equipped with everything a traveller could want. The driveway is very steep, as are the steps from the street, but as over seventies we still managed them. A wonderful base for exploring the hills. Thanks, Carol.

Accommodation was amazing. Extremely clean, perfect location. Really appreciated the extra thought of some milk/ bread etc for when we arrived late at night. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful house right in the centre of town
A spotlessly clean property with beautiful linen and facilities. Was perfect for a girls night away. The front verandah with the outdoor furniture was wonderful to sit with a glass of wine and look out over the Adelaide hills. A smart TV allowed us to watch out Netflix shows and the beds were super comfy. A perfect place to stay in Handorf. Large comfy couches in the living room as well. Very happy with this property!!

Great stay
Unfortunately we were unable to attend our Reunion weekend due to border issues with NSW however our friends who did stay for the weekend were impressed with your property. They had a great stay . They did have one issue which did not overly effect their stay at your wonderful place. That was one of the guests has leg issues and fond both the driveway and stairs a bit hard to navigate so they had to use the vehicle a bit more than they anticipated. Not a complaint just passing on a comment. We all understand as we are all in the accommodation industry. Needless to say "I am off the organising committee" kidding. Nothing to do but sit back and relax
Overall so impressed with the property. Everything was clean, tidy, set out well. The bed was so comfy and nice pillows too. Morning coffee on the balcony was a treat. So close to the main street, could walk everywhere. Drive way was a challenge getting out, but if you go very very slow is manageable. Only thing missing was vegemite.. (being a tourist town and lots of interstate travellers, would be good to provide our iconic vegemite). Thanks so much for opening your home up to my sister and me. We will recommend to friends and family and come back again.

Wonderful place, to perfection
We found that it was a wonderful place to stay, best location, quite close to everything, very clean, everything we needed, even a milk frothing machine! Nice outdoor space, perfect in the inside. Highly recommend, although do not get too eager as we may want it available when we want to go again :-)

Lovely home conveniently located. Unfortunately stayed during a heatwave and the air conditioner struggled. Ceiling fans would also be a welcome addition. Driveway difficult to access with a large vehicle. Overall above expectations.

Fabulous place to say
Excellent accomodation. The owner has stocked it so well. We had wine, chocolates, biscuits, all sorts of goodies, not to mention apple juice and water in the fridge. This was a real treat and was most unexpected (never had this with stayz before). The house was lovely and so very close to amenities. The property is exceptionally clean, modern, furnished and well kept. It is also very quiet. The owners are lovely, they met us there because we arrived way too early. Highly recommend this place.

The home was lovely and intimate and very functional with privacy issues addressed classically.
To travel to another country comes with adjusting habits and learning new ways of doing things. Loved the new experience with the Espresso Machine! The steep driveway is a bit challenging for an SUV size type vehicle but a smaller vehicle is easily parked. Overall "We Loved The Haven!" So close to the shops amazing and so many amenities within walking distanced. Love It!

The house is lovely, clean and the breakfast supplies a thoughtful addition to the stay. Location is great, within walking distance to everything. One caution is the driveway if you have a big car. Park across the road in the carpark because it is a nightmare to get in and out of.

Location! Location! Location!
Hahndorf Haven is a sparkling clean, brilliantly appointed property just a few metres from the centre of Hahndorf, and yet is private, quiet, and provides a relaxing view over the town. This was our second stay at this property, and we would have no hesitation in staying again or recommending to others. 5 stars all the way!

This was an excellent property in every respect - cleanliness, location, facilities.
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at Hahndorf Haven. We read a number of reviews beforehand and all of them were highly accurate. The location is perfect - a simple stroll to the main street of Hahndorf, as well as the bus to Adelaide. The house is lovely and very homely - it felt like a home away from home so we all caught up on some much needed relaxation. The home was very clean and well appointed. The owner went out of her way to make us feel welcome, with a bottle of very nice red awaiting us, as well as chocolates and mint lollies. There was ample food in the fridge for a very delicious breakfast as well. The beds were comfortable and the shower pressure and temperature perfect. We would highly recommend this home to anyone considering staying in Hahndorf. If we ever return, we would not hesitate to stay there again.

Positioned well behind the main street
The house was very well equipped, with some lovely surprises of chocolates, and a welcome bottle of wine enjoyed on the balcony deck, a well stocked fridge for our breakfast. Good quiet location, the only thing I would say is the driveway was extremely steep, so having some older guests with me, we just had to take extra care. There was 24 hr parking across the street, as our cars were too low for the driveway.
