Good location, the service staff are helpful and polite. Hotel room is quiet and nice. Except for cleanliness, which could be better, it's a great place to stay for 4 nights.

Definitely enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was conveniently located to dining and transport and the shopping mall; it was clean, and the staff were very helpful. It had a nice bar area with live music, which probably could've had extra staff on their busy nights. We were told by a couple of locals that the street it is located on can be dodgy at night and to be careful. There is a police station right next door, so that was reassuring. I would stay here again.

Great spot to stay for a few days in the city. Rooms comfortable and clean, bar area was perfect for dining and a few drinks. Bar staff extremely friendly and professional. Will happily stay here again in the future.

The room cleaning was hopeless. When we arrived no tissues or face fashers, nor enough towels in the room for three people and the room was never cleaned or vacuumed during our three day stay.

11am checkout time ♥️. Location is perfect. Close to restaurants and Rundle mall. Hotel staff are friendly and accomodating. Hotel spa pool was good. Hotel room is clean. No hotel room safe. Bathroom sink drains slow.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised to discover I had been given a corner room with beautiful views! The pool and spa were clean, and it was a lovely area to spend a couple of hours. You can order food & drinks on your phone which the staff will deliver to the poolside for you - such a treat! Room was immaculately clean with a comfy bed & modern bathroom. A/C can be a bit noisy so I’d recommend turning it off while you sleep. Otherwise, the room is nice and quiet with no street noise. Loved staying here and would absolutely return!
