Plush seating surrounds a large TV, creating an inviting place to unwind, while direct access to the balcony allows fresh air and natural light to flow through. Tucked to the side, the second lounge offers a quieter retreat with additional seating and a dedicated workspace, adding flexibility for both work and downtime.
The kitchen is refined and functional, centred around a large island bench and equipped with modern appliances including a gas cooktop, oven, fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Gather around the eight-seater dining table for shared meals indoors, or step out onto the balcony where an alfresco setting pairs with elevated views—perfect for slow mornings with coffee or easy dinners in the open air.
The bedrooms are positioned for privacy and styled in calming coastal tones. The primary bedroom features a king bed, walk-in robe and ensuite, while the second includes a queen and single bed, and the third offers a queen—providing flexible arrangements for different groups. The main bathroom includes both a bathtub and a separate shower, ideal for a slow soak or a refreshing start to the day. A full laundry with a washing machine and dryer adds everyday convenience for longer stays.
Additional features include lift access for ease of arrival, central air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort, and two allocated carport spaces ideal for small to medium vehicles, with street parking available nearby for larger cars.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
