“I had a very unpleasant experience staying here over the past two days. First of all, the locker/door system is clearly broken — I was actually locked inside my room for two hours, which was both stressful and unacceptable. The building itself feels poorly managed and unsafe. Random people seem to have easy access, and I was even approached in the elevator by individuals asking me for money, which made me very uncomfortable. Check-in was also a hassle. “We had a wonderful stay at Solis Residence Aparthotel. We were three people staying in a two-bedroom apartment, which was spacious, comfortable, and exactly as described. Since the hotel opened in July 2025, everything was new and worked perfectly. We especially appreciated the helpful staff. We were allowed an early check-in and a late check-out, which made our stay much more convenient. The location is excellent and we enjoyed the sea view from our apartment.
