"Spent fifty minutes from time of arrival trying to unlock our door, was given two different rooms and the desk attendant came upstairs finally…. And could only get in with his master key…. Not the experience you want when it’s 10:30pm and have to be awake at 5:30am.. spend your dollars elsewhere."

"Carpet was completely soaked in the main hallway. Bath tub and bathroom in very poor shape."

"The hotel felt very outdated from the moment I walked in, with a strong unpleasant odor lingering throughout the property. The rugs in the room were visibly unclean, which made the space feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. The room itself was also extremely tight, leaving very little space to move around or relax properly. Additionally, there were no basic amenities like a coffee maker or toaster, which made the stay even less convenient. Overall, the atmosphere didn’t feel inviting or well-maintained, and the experience was quite disappointing. Based on my stay, I would rate this hotel a 2/10 and would not choose to stay here again."

"This is a very nice hotel with 1 major negative. The location of the gym is ridiculous. Top floor. Directly above the room I was try to sleep in. Being awakened to the sound of KABOOM from dumbbells being dropped on the floor between sets and then treated to the thumping and humming of the treadmills àt 5AM definitely contributed to my low rating. This was a something I never thought I'd have to look at prior to booking. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. "
