“After a handful of stays here, this definitely feels like a home away from home. “Best value for money in Kingston. Safe, clean apartment with everything you need for self-catering and great air-conditioning and wi-fi. So close to the US Embassy, our trip went smoothly. Only issue is that check-in is very late and check-out is very early.”

“Wow, we rented this accommodations for Jamaica carnival and was very lucky. It was 5 minutes away from the Bob Marley Museum. 10 minutes from Devon house, the best ice-cream in Jamaica. It was very centrally located where we weren't far from anything. The unit itself is spotless and clean. It was a very well kept unit. QUICK callout to please call them 72 hours in advance to give them the heads up that you're checking in. That was the only quirky step. The unit also had a washer and dryer. ”

“Did not use this property due to an incident, but was upgraded to the Donehead Apartment. Host Ms. Thompson was great and knowledgeable about the area and gave great advice. Always available for questions. Donehead apt was nicely situated near Hope road New Kingston area. Had a great time ”

“The property is well kept, the atmosphere relaxing, but most of all I felt very safe. The communication level however at first could've been better. The agent that I spoke with was very apologetic and very professional and courteous. Overall my stay was excellent. “The pre-check in experience and connection to the Property manager was thorough and efficient and let you know what to expect upon arrival. Property Manager was great in laying out the property features and surrounding area. The location was walking distance from supermarkets, banks, eating locations etc. For those it pertains to, the US Embassy is also within walking distance. Community is gated so the added security benefit is there.”

Nearby to good restaurants, clubs, supermarkets, gas stations etc. Debbie and Kevin are such a great host... she has a lot of patience to explain everything you need to know, she answers quickly whenever you email the property and also she will help you find places to visit if you don’t have an idea of what you want to do while you are in Kingston.
