At the bottom of the listing it says "Additional charges may apply for additional people based on property". Keyword "may". Says nothing about being charged extra for having 4 people in a house that sleeps 4. I think its wrong to charge people for what it's advertised for.」

「Listing was consistent with images and the price and location were great. Apartment was clean but furniture and linens are worn. There were only 3 towels and we stayed several days so that was a challenge. Location made up for that mostly as we walked to the zoo and forest park easily. 「It was a great place to stay for our needs we had our little dog with us as was there for weekend, it had a nice fenced back yard we could let her just go out didn't have to have her on leash. Was very nice inside clean well kept, beds were surprising comfortable. The host stayed in contact and answered a lot questions before we arrived which put me a ease for our trip.
