This lovely property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a detached bunk bedroom. It has a large deck on the back of the house, which makes you feel like you are on top of the water. The dock has a large deck for swimming, fishing or relaxing.
This is a new listing and more pictures to come.
Located close to everything Monkey Island has to offer!!!

Doing “nothing” made easy
We did very little but share our time with good friends. Dock and deck during the day, deck and fire table at night. It was a quiet, laid back location we will definitely visit again.

Perfect Family Getaway
We really enjoyed staying here. The house was in a great area. We had to rent a boat and the rental place was just around the cove. So convenient! The house itself came with everything. We had plenty of room. Being able to sit out on the patio or dock and take in the scenery was the best.

Wonderful Stay!!
We enjoyed our stay very much! Amazing views and lovely home. The bunk room is a great feature to be able to use. Would highly suggest the Pelican Pad to family and friends.
