Nice place in quiet neigbourhood

We had a very nice stay at Julian’s place. It is the ground floor of the house he lives in with his family with a separate entrance. The surrounding area is very apropriate for hikers, the nearby villages provide places for dinner. The house is well equipped so you can also choose to prepare your own meals.

Casa estupenda, entorno inmejorable

Localización inmejorable en pueblito serrano. La casa es sencilla, pero muy cuidada y renovada, amplia, con todo lo que se puede necesitar(menaje, cosas de aseo... ¡hasta una cesta llena de fruta!, que por otra parte no hace falta porque Julián te deja coger los maracuyás que te apetezcan de su jardín). Todo limpio. Ambiente tranquilo, ni un ruido. Super recomendable

Ruhige Wohnung in grüner Umgebung

In San Pedro ist es schön ruhig, es gibt nur die typischen Dorfgeräusche (Hühner und Hunde). Auch sind nur sehr wenige Touristen anzutreffen. Die Einheimischen hier sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und hat einen praktischen Wintergarten. Dies war vorteilhaft, da es zeitweise etwas kühl war (März). Man hat von dort aus eine schöne Aussicht auf das Dorf und ins Grüne. Die Küche ist funktional eingerichtet, wir haben von Julian auf Nachfrage auch einen Wasserkocher und einen Föhn zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen. Julian spricht zwar nur spanisch, die Verständigung hat trotzdem gut funktioniert, auch dank Google, Julian ist sehr hilfsbereit und kümmert sich sofort, wenn man ein Anliegen hat.

Sehr toller Ort in ruhigem grünen Tal

Der Ort ist wirklich sehr schön gelegen in dem grünen und fruchtvollen Tal von Agaete. Es ist wirklich herrlich wenn man etwas Ruhe sucht und runterkommen möchte! Trotzdem ist es zum Strand nur eine Viertel Stunde mit dem Auto und es gibt auch einige schöne Wanderungen. Pablo war super gastfreundlich und die große Terrasse und der lange "Wintergarten" sind echt schön. Die Wohnung ist einfach ausgestattet aber zweckgemäß.

Urlaub für Individualisten

Nach abenteuerlicher Anreise fanden wir eine geraumige Wohnung vor,die für vier Personen ausreichend Platz bietet. Landschaftlich sehr schön gelegen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und waren immer um unser Wohl besorgt auch wenn die Verständigung schwierig war da wir kein Spanisch sprechen.Wir danken für den schönen Urlaub

Clean spacious property

The property was very clean, spacious and well presented. My only minor criticism is that it property and garden only has the sun for the middle of the day due to being up a steep valley. This meant the evenings were cold in the property, as it doesn't have central heating and on returning from our days out we were unable to have a beer in the sun as the sun had already dropped behind the hills. We therefore tended to enjoy the early evenings in Agaete which remained warm until the sunset.

Very comfortable accomodation on good location!

We had a relaxing holiday at the house of Julian. A room with babybed for our baby, also very nice sitting area and garden outside! Nice views too! The location very good, away from mass tourism and but close to supermarket (you do need a car) and good seafood restaurants in Puerto las Nieves!

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir verbrachten im Dezember eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche in Agaete. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und funktional eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Das Haus befindet sich am Ende eines Schotterweges, der über einen Fußballplatz zu erreichen ist. Leider gibt es weder Straßenschilder noch Hausnummern und auch keine Hinweisschilder, sodass die Suche sehr schwierig war. Der Vermieter ist ein sehr sympathischer und zurückhaltender Mensch, der allerdings nur spanisch versteht. Da wir die Abgeschiedenheit lieben, würden wir die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

calme et convialité

excellent accueil de Julian , très à l 'écoute de nos besoins , Si la route pour arriver est un peu difficile , cela est vite oublié , le paysage jusqu'à la maison étant magnifique , à 10 minutes de puerto de las niéves . excellente situation pour la visite de l 'ile , loin des hordes de touristes du sud de l 'ile en ajoutant quelques plats dans la cuisine et rangements dans les chambres , ce sera le paradis . Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables.

Quit spot with beautifull views

We realy enjoyed the place: quit spot with beautiful views, no tourists, living with the locals, plenty of room in the house, sunny garden, and very friendly and helpful owners. Good starting point too: right from the house you can start your hikes up hill or take the bus to Agaete and surroundings.

Geräumige Ferienwohnung in ruhiger abgelegener Lage

Großzügige Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung, ein wenig zu dunkel (Januar), Joker: die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den Teide, die wir mitbenutzen durften, sympathischer hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die ruhige Lage im schönen Tal von Agaete ist derzeit etwas zu abgelegen, weil die GC-200 gesperrt ist.

Hébergement plein de charme, accueil chaleureux

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cet hébergement spacieux, au rdc de la maison du propriétaire, avec terrasse fleurie et vue sur le village, les montagnes environnantes. La vallée, le village, sont magnifiques. Notre hôte a fait son possible pour rendre notre séjour agréable : disponible, serviable, chaleureux. Merci à lui ! Nous recommandons cet hébergement pour les voyageurs en quette de tranquillité et d'authenticité.
