Air-conditioned studio for 2 people, located Heliopolis residency building AB. 4th Floor with elevator. Living room with queen size bed and fitted kitchen area (dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso). Shower room and separate wc. Terrace with awning, camping and sea view. Wifi. Private parking No. 98.

Tourist tax to be paid 1.44 euros / day / adult person. Administration fee : 29 euros. Beds made and towels provided. Departure cleaning included. Arrival from 5 [hidden] to 7 [hidden], you have 24 hours to notify us of any dysfunction. Departure before 11:00. Insurance: from 3 nights, please send us your Civil Responsability certificate, otherwise the insurance costs 24 euros.

This was my first time going to Cap D’Agde and I went there as a single man. This is a very charming studio in the naturist village with an incredible view! Every night I fell asleep to the sound of the waves and woke up to pinkish/orange sunrises from my bed. I didn’t want to leave! It had a hair dryer, soap and towels so I didn’t have to bring them. It came with parking (which I didn’t use) and they supplied an end of stay cleaning service as part of an all inclusive price. It was nice to go out on the patio every morning and see the whole coast line (and if the beach was busy or not). Also, if you wish to be close to the Swingers beach, this is quite possibly as close as you’re going to get unless you camp.
