 Charming T2 mezzanine on the 1st and last floor of the residence, with private parking space fully equipped with terrace, parking space and direct access to the beach (no road to cross)
Equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, dishes), plenty of storage,
2 beds in 190 × 240 and 1 sofa bed in 190 × 240
One 6-seater indoor table and one 6-seater outdoor table with 6 chairs
