This cozy and spacious waterfront apartment in Agde offers 2 bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, making it perfect for families or small groups. The 40 m² living space is thoughtfully designed to provide a homely atmosphere, complete with modern conveniences such as outdoor furniture, a 10 m² terrace, a washing machine, barbecue, iron, and a TV. The apartment also features electric heating, air conditioning, and covered parking to ensure a hassle-free and comfortable stay.

Ideally located just 200 meters from both the sandy beach and the city center, the apartment is set in a family-friendly area near the sea. Guests can enjoy easy access to local cafes, restaurants, and shops, as well as the vibrant culture of Agde. The nearby beach provides opportunities for sunbathing, swimming, and seaside strolls, while the city offers a variety of attractions and activities to explore.
