Stayed here for a week and wish it could have been longer. Away from the busy areas of the amalfi but the shuttle bus provided into bomerano is a massive plus. Room extremely comfortable and clean. The breakfast very good. But for us the big positive was the staff. From the cleaners, to the breakfast staff and the receptionist. All were very helpful and extremely polite and happy. Special mention to Ida who couldnt do enough for us on our stay. We will be back...

El hotel es perfecto, muy cómodo y para lo que lo necesitas es excelente. El hotel facilita mucho tu traslado del pueblo Bomerano al hotel ida y vuelta bajo ciertos horarios. Algunas veces te puede tocar que te lleven antes o después de lo previsto, no sé porqué pero así pasaba. Hubo sólo un día que no hubo servicio a la hora que nosotros queríamos pero porque le tocaba mantenimiento al vehículo que nos llevaba. Te deja exactamente donde debes tomar el bus que te va a llevar a Amalfi y de ahí pues te haces bolas solito. La alberca está bien, no me metí pues el día que llegué me olía demasiado a cloro y el exceso de cloro en mi piel me lastima mucho. Pero la propiedad en sí está hermosa. No le batallas en absoluto para moverte en los urbanitos. Lo malo: cobran las bebidas del frigobar pero puedes comprar tus bebidas en el pueblo. La TV obviamente es programación italiana pero hubiese estado bien que pudiésemos ver streamings con nuestras cuentas y así no batallar tanto. Pero excelentes películas de antaño italianas la verdad. (Vimos una con Sofía Loren). Sólo hay un bote de basura pequeño. En el cuarto que obtuve No hubo lugar donde tender ropa húmeda o mojada para secarse así que la tuve qué colgar de la ventana, detalles mínimos en realidad. Básicamente regresaría al hotel en la próxima visita. Me encantó.

I held off on this review for a while because of EXPEDIA. this hotel is advertised to be 15 minutes from the positano ferry landing which is why we booked it for our trip to positano. Don’t be fooled it is not 15 minutes but over an hr. When we arrived by ferry no taxi wanted to take us to Parinello Palace and it costs us about 170 euros or 200 dollars. We spent one night, booked a new hotel in Positano and left in the morning. Expedia really dropped the ball on this one and completely ruined our vacation with their false advertisement. As a loyal Expedia customer I have lost all trust in this company after this. They made no effort to rectify the situation bc of hotel cancellation policy. The hotel explained that this is an issue with Expedia and they have tried to rectify the false advertisement with no luck. However if you plan to stay in Agerola and have no desire to visit Positano from there (unless maybe you rent scooters.) the hotel was nice. There is a convenient free shuttle service from the hotel to the main square. The town is quiet but nice. The hotel has a pool but will chase you down to make sure you’re not using their bath towels and ask you to rent towels for 2 Euros. How do you have a pool but don’t provide towels but ok. The hotel staff was defensive when I tried to check out saying that they sent me an email explaining the location which I didn’t get- the hotel or Expedia should have refunded us for the two nights that we did not stay in the hotel.

This place was a total surprise. It was so inexpensive that I couldn’t believe it would be real. The hotel is brand new and very nicely decorated and in a very charming town up in the hills of the Amalfi coast. The bed is the most comfortable one we slept in all week and the breakfast was just awesome And in a manicured set up. Overall, this is the best place you could get for the investment and in a very amazing Italian town.

Panariello Palace is a true hidden gem in Agerola! We loved our stay so much, the room was amazing, we had straight access from our room to the terrace and the garden where they serve breakfast and it was so delightful to wake up to an amazing view. The staff is the best, everyone so kind and welcoming! The shuttle to Bommerano was definitely a huge help and from there we took the bus all the way down to Amalfi. 100% recommended!

The staff are very friendly and are always ready to help always. Decent breakfast options. Rooms are excellent and are very clean and neat and are cleaned every day. The location is beautiful and is very picturesque from the outside dining area. It is an apt location as it is closer to most of the key points in Amalfi coast. They operate a shuttle service from the nearest centre to the accommodation and back every hour. . Overall very nice place and nice people running the service.If I get a chance to visit again, my preferred place to stay again.
