“Lief hotelletje, gezellig ingericht, WiFi was redelijk, douche is erg matig van kwaliteit, kraan van wastafel zit los en te weinig haakjes om handdoeken op te hangen voor 4 personen. Ontbijt mag iets uitgebreider maar prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is prima. Eten erg lekker. Het personeel maakt alle minpuntjes helemaal goed. Enorm vriendelijke mensen!!!!!!! Pim, de eigenaar mag er trots op zijn. Vind wel dat Noell in de keuken echt een airco verdiend of tenminste blowers. Het is er veel te warm om……

“It was great to stay at this place! A beautiful view from the balcony and a wonderful and professional host, that took care of us in the best way possible. The food was great, and the breakfast with a view is one to remember. Afterwards, we received a hand-drawn map from our host to explore the nearby Palmaire on our own, which was one of the best experiences of our holiday. Recommended!”

“Reeked of sewage, lost water in room on second day. Hard climb over shaky bridge to get to property. Didn't provide an itemized receipt for meals when requested. Attempted to double price for passage to next city. Not a nice stay in a poorly maintained property. Food mediocre at best. Surrounding area/gorge fantastic. ”

“This property looks very good from outside but very ordinary from inside. parking is on road side & we have walk up & down 100 stairs. Ask for help to carry luggage. This Room does not have basic stuff like shampoo & soap. Bathroom showers not working properly & water all over floor. Breakfast was ordinary. Paid dinner was good. There was hot water. Room freshener used in room was very heavy. Hotel staff was friendly & helpful- they arrange for early breakfast, provided ac remote……

Le dîner et petit déjeuner copieux et très bon néanmoins un peu cher 140 dirhams par personne pour un couscous, sans dessert ni entrée m’a paru exorbitant La chambre que nous avions été lumineuse et spacieuse. “Good deal if you have a small budget. Not if you want more luxury. The hotel is at a stunning location at the start of the canyon (gorge). The host, Karim, is very friendly, speaks many languages and goes out of his way to help you out with information. Absolute top spot for climbers, the spots are right in front of the door. There’s also a great half day hike (500 m ascension) passing by the hotel with one of the most stunning views. Maybe the most beautiful I’ve ever done. Find and download……

“It was an empty period. With no heating in a very cold night. They gave us a small heater. But whenever we turn it on the electricity goes down. Very hard beds. No breakfast ”

Mi viene detto che non esisteva alcuna prenotazione effettuata a mio nome.Ho mostrato la ricevuta sia della prenotazione sia del pagamento effettuato ma non mi è stato possibile pernottare. Il tutto comunicato nell'indifferenza più assoluta. La struttura è completamente diversa da come viene presentata sul sito : ho potuto sostare solo nella "hall" che si presentava sporca,maleodorante, trascurata, con la biancheria stesa ad asciugare che pendeva da una balconata……
