Single-family house "Sa Murta". In the hamlet Portobello di Gallura 16 km from the centre of Aglientu, 7 km from the centre of Vignola, in a sunny position, traffic calmed area, 300 m from the sea. Private: property with wildlife garden. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. Stepped path to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop 7 km, sandy beach "baia dell'amore" 400 m. Tennis 800 m. Nearby attractions: Santa Teresa di Gallura 25 km, Parco Acquatico Acqua Fantasy 26 km. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood. Please note: the terrace of the double bedroom does not have any railings. Not suitable for children.

Tolle Villa für entspannten Urlaub

Gut ausgestattete Villa in toller und ruhiger Lage. Beide Bäder sind renoviert und die Terasse wurde vergrößert, was die Villa deutlich aufwertet (Bilder sind nicht aktuell, Stand AUG 2022). Die Sonnenuntergänge auf der Dachterasse waren traumhaft, wir kommen sicher wieder.
