OUR PRICES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:

Large independent villa on one level with exclusive swimming pool, second line from the sea, surrounded by a private garden and with an exceptional panoramic view. The driveway that starts from the reserved parking space leads us to the entrance patio, where we find a brick barbecue and an elegant open-air dining area, with a monobloc yellow granite table and a fascinating sea view.
From the patio we can go up to the sunbathing area on the roof, where the view sweeps from Corisca to Asinara, or access the welcoming double living room with second dining area, fireplace and flat TV. The sea view is also from the living room and even more from the seafront terrace with swimming pool, that divides the house from the garden.
On the sides of the living room we find the two large double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and also with sea view. A third smaller bedroom is also available, with a foldaway French (double) bed and private bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge and induction hob.

For our guests, maximum privacy and security are guaranteed by the services of the residential park of Portobello di Gallura (access to the residential park is allowed only to residents or accredited guests and tranquility and privacy is protected by the 24-hour security service. out of 24).

Extra to be paid on the spot:
Tourist tax from June 1st to September 30th € 5 a day, per max 10 nights, over 18 years old.
