Stunning location and lovely home.
This property has the potential to be absolutely incredible. The home itself is beautiful and the location is stunning. The views are amazing and we particularly loved the quiet, peaceful atmosphere - being nestled amidst nature. We loved the private hot tub also. The community facilities were amazing, especially the pristine infinity pool in the southern part of the estate. We stayed during the week and outside of school holiday time, so it was especially quiet. We had the whole of China Beach to ourselves one morning!
The one thing that prevented us from giving 5 stars for this property was the cleanliness of the house. The floors were dirty with dust and food spots etc and had not been mopped or steam cleaned between guests. Some of the kitchen cabinets and the island had old food on the outside. The glass screens in the showers and the sliding glass doors to the back deck all had old hand prints etc. There were old water balloons, a broken water pistol, and child’s underwear left around the deck. The attention to detail regarding cleanliness was lacking, which was unfortunate. This house would otherwise be absolutely perfect. We did have a very enjoyable stay . Thank you.
