Welcome to our new and modern accommodation, designed to offer you a unique and unforgettable experience in the renowned city of the Temples.

Inside the apartment, you will find a cozy bedroom complete with a comfortable king-size bed with memory foam pillows and mattress, as well as a set of high-quality cotton sheets.

In the bedroom, you will also have at your disposal a large wardrobe with a mirror, a chest of drawers, and two bedside tables to ensure you have enough space to comfortably store your personal belongings throughout your stay.

This accommodation also includes blackout blinds, creating a perfect environment to regenerate mind and body after intense days of exploration.

In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find every necessary appliance to prepare and enjoy delicacies with local products, making every meal a unique experience to remember.

Among the appliances available are an induction hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine (with complimentary pods and teas), toaster, kettle, etc.

The kitchen will be entirely at your disposal, allowing you to cook without time constraints and potentially save on extra costs if you prefer not to eat out.

For lunch or dinner, there is a high bar table with 2 gray velvet stools available. If preferred or necessary, there will also be a foldable table with extra chairs inside in case you are more people.

The living room is equipped with a shoe rack, a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for relaxing in front of the flat-screen TV with cable channels and (FREE NETFLIX). The sofa easily converts into an additional bed to ensure a comfortable stay even with extra guests.

This apartment is equipped with a multisplit air conditioning system and autonomous heating via heat pump for each room, ensuring maximum comfort for our guests in every season.

Thanks to the ultra-fast fiber optic Wi-Fi connection, you can work, watch movies even in bad weather, surf online, and share moments of your vacation with your friends on social media.

The safety of our guests is very important to us. Therefore, this accommodation is equipped with a security door, and the entire exterior perimeter of the apartment is monitored by video surveillance cameras with active recording 24/7.

Warning: terrible location, deceptive owner

We inquired before renting what floor apartment is on and if there are any stairs. Owner Giuseppe replied "Hi, the apartment is on the ground floor, but there are a few steps down to reach the entrances door – nothing to worry about”. There are 15 stairs and no railing. In addition, street is so narrow it is only width of 1 car. Parking on street is risky so he suggested parking a street above that requires navigating 2 additional sets of stairs. Location is in a residential apartment area that is away from tourist areas. I do not recommend you book this property. We tried to cancel and offered to pay 50% but owner would not work with us. We never even entered apartment because location was so bad. His reviews are not through VRBO so they are unverified.
