Casa Pesca E is a modern and graceful apartment situated at a few steps from a sandy beach. It sleeps four people. From Casa Pesca E you will have a view of the surrounding buildings. Casa Pesca E is 40 square meters (430 square feet). It features a private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 800 meters (half a mile) from the center of Agropoli. You will find the closest restaurant at 30 meters (100 feet), shops a few meters (feet) away, the stop for CSTP bus Salerno - Acciaroli line at 100 meters (330 feet) and the closest beach at 50 meters (approximately 165 feet).
Casa Pesca E is located on the first floor of a three story building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building along a stairway which consists of approximately 15 steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Pesca E. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a garage. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you (availability is limited; if you think you will need parking please inquire before placing your reservation). Parking
The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
 Terrace
The terrace is 5 square meters (53 square feet) large. It is partly shaded. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will have a view of the surrounding buildings.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are modern and welcoming. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table is in the kitchen island, and can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a balcony through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is tiled with lucid yellow majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
