「If you are thinking of renting this house read the fine print. It is a huge gorgeous house with lots of bedrooms advertised to sleep 12, but they will charge you hundreds of extra person charges in host fees for over 4 people. We didn’t even use one of the bedrooms had under 12 guests and were charged 200 extra dollars for every guest over 4! The house itself gorgeous and very comfortable but there were also issues.
