"The onsite manager Tim was very good to work with this weekend. The house was clean and smelled great upon arrival. We did see some bugs in the basement bedroom with the bunkbeds (bottom bunk) but we think they were gnats and not bed bugs at least so all was well. But wanted you to know for future ..."
