“Hot tub was closed. Room smelt horrible, like pure chemicals. It triggered my daughter’s asthma. The pillow cases were very yellow. Also sheets were dirty. You could see through the curtains. Towels , shower curtain and shower curtain were also yellow. Dirty under the fridge. The carpet was coming up by the bathroom, it was a literal trip hazard. The furniture was chipped and old. The breakfast food was outdated and poor breakfast. The access to the building was open all night. I would……

Only two K-cups, we were there for 3 days. The next day I was able to ask a room cleaner for some more coffee and towels, towels……
