Nice T1 of 25 m² renovated and very bright, in the center of Aix-en-Provence, overlooking the Cours Sextius. Located at a step of all the conveniences, trade, restaurants, bars, banks and markets, this apartment arranged in the spirit suite of hotel and equipped any comfort is perfect for the stays of short or long duration.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a secure building with elevator. Large windows offer a beautiful light throughout the day, and a small balcony awaits you for morning coffee while watching the market. The accommodation has a bedroom with high ceilings, a spacious bathroom with bath and toilet, and a large closet in the hallway. The kitchen area is very functional and equipped with all appliances.

Good location, clean apartment, well equipped
Had some trouble finding it, but once there it was fine. The only problem was noise for a couple of nights (until just before dawn) but it was the end of term at the university so there was reason for celebration I guess. The apartment has triple glazed sliding doors but it doesn't cut out all the street sounds. The entrance to the apartment is scruffy, but don't be deterred, you get used to it after a few days. Great location for exploring Aix. Lovely (and very helpful) owner who rescued us after getting lost. Not a good location for a car. Fortunately we came by bus.

Great place in historic center
Wonderful apartment, everything we needed was provided. It is very convenient to everything. We loved the balcony. The place was very clean. The only drawback was there is a bar across the street that can get loud especially on weekends.

Great spot to stay
Marieta was great. She explained the equipment in the apartment and we had a chance to email back and forth during our stay. The apt was well located with everything one would need. Great hostess.
