We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Escaletto. The staff were incredibly helpful, always smiling, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Their kindness and professionalism really stood out. The hotel’s location is also excellent, making it easy to explore Aix-en-Provence on foot. We would definitely stay here again!

Location is amazing - easy and walkability to the old town and amenities. The staff were excellent, and always wanted feedback about our stay. I definitely recommend the breakfast - it’s worth it. Also make sure to have a seat on the rooftop patio at sunset with a lovely beverage! The only negative was some mold in the bathroom.

Was told not too long before check-in that large contruction work was being done on the whole street. It was a big inconvience as we had luggage and the footpath was tight to maneuver. The room had a random 2nd door right as you opened the first one, which made it even harder to enter. Shower had hair on the walls from the last occupants. Cleaners left a blanket that looked used in the cabinet.
