Enjoy the beautiful center city with every commodities in a walking distance. No car needed! You will relax on the peaceful terrace, with a astonishing view on the famous Dent du Chat mountain.
Aix-les-Bains combines the urban comfort of a city of gourmets with beautiful walks on the lake and in the mountains. La Féclaz Savoie Grand Revard, the first Nordic ski area in France (altitude 1525 m) is 30 minutes away by car or bus.
It’s cosy!
Living-room 161 square feet - Terrace 43 square feet - Fully equipped separate kitchen: 2 vitro-ceramic hobs, microwave and grill oven, electric coffee maker, toaster, welcome tea and coffee, 2 stools for a quick bite. Table for 4 people - 2 chairs - 2 armchairs - Table and 2 chairs for the terrace.
Double bed in-wall (new Dunlopillo mattress), 4 pillows.
Towels, linen, baby bed and chair on demand.
Walk-in shower, separate WC, washing machine, towel dryer, hair dryer.
Flat screen TV, DVD player and library, Sony CD radio with USB socket, numerous cupboards, wardrobe, iron, clothes line.
No private parking. Some streets free around. 50% off in the 2 underground parkings center city.

Aicxellent séjour
Appartement très bien situé avec tout à proximité. Très bel endroit avec de belles randonnées et de belles plages.Arrivée très facile et très bon accueil ! De la documentation à disposition pour découvrir ce lieu chargé d'histoire.Le seul problème est le stationnement qui reste très compliqué ! C'est dommage !Mais quand on aime marcher ...A refaire !

Très bon emplacement, calme avec vue sur la Dent du Chat. Bon couchage mais mobilier "bric à brac" avec des meubles inutiles et encombrants. Absence de fauteuil digne de ce nom. Dommage, la location pourrait être top.

Très bonne semaine passée
Nous avons passez 1 semaine dans ce bel appartement. La vue est magnifique et nous avons profité de la terrasse. L'accueil réalisé par Eléonore était très bien. L'appartement est tout proche de la gare à pied et du centre ville. Les nombreux bus pour aller à la plage et les villes alentours ainsi qu'à la montagne pour un prix réduit vous permettra même de ne pas prendre la voiture si vous le souhaitez.

Agréable studio et belle vue
Appartement petit mais bien agencé .Central mais calme.
Terrasse agréable et beau point de vue sur la dent du chat … bon accueil et bons conseils . Communication facile.
Dommage qu il n y ait pas de wifi .

Schöner Panoramablick
Die ruhige Wohnung bietet einen super Panoramablick nicht nur vom Balkon aus, sondern auch vom Esstisch und sogar vom Bett! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es geschätzt, dass man in ein/zwei Minuten viele Geschäfte und Gastronomie erreicht.
Die Küche ist zwar klein, aber sehr praktisch eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet.
Eléonore hatte viele wertvolle Tipps und Infomaterial für Wanderungen, Unternehmungen, Restaurants und Strände; Vielen Dank dafür!

Tres bien situé pres de la gare, des commerces,du centre ville et à 15 mn à pied de la cure .Les équipements sont de qualité la vue est imprenable et sans vis à vis .

Petit appartement propre, bien équipé avec une superbe vue du balcon et à deux pas du centre ville mais un peu loin du lac si pas de voiture.
Propriétaire très accueillante et à l'écoute
