"This is a nice property right on Potato Lake. They staff were very friendly and helpful! The condo was clean and had basic amenities. This property is fairly old and dated. Family friendly and quiet. It was still fairly cold when I was there. They just put the docks in water after winter. Beautiful area close to Park Rapids!"

"Very nice room upgrade, couldve used extra garbage bags but other than that it was clean and the staff were awesome about the move from one room to the other, didnt have to wait til the next checkin time just moved me riite over greatly appreciated that, the mini fridge was even better more space, great motel thinking about ordering a room for another week possibly"

"We had a great time! The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, crockpots and cooking utensils. There’s soap for washing dishes and TWO dishwashers!Just make sure to bring your own shower gel/body soap, shampoo and conditioner. Our host was easy to get a hold of and everything went smoothly. We would highly recommend this place. We’ll be back again. "
