The heart of home life is the beautiful living room with dining area, where you can make yourself comfortable, listen to the radio or music and enjoy the crackling fire in the wood-burning stove in winter. Right next to it is the open, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom has comfortable underfloor heating. The house has two bedrooms and a third sleeping area (double bed 140 cm) in a cozy annex, which makes up 12 of the total 67 m2.



The house also has a lovely wooden terrace with outdoor furniture including sun loungers and a barbecue for communal barbecue evenings. The garden offers plenty of space to play and develop.



You live in a quiet, natural and popular vacation home area just a stone's throw from the sandy beach, making this an excellent starting point for many beach excursions. There are some excellent walks in the area, and you can always visit charming Aakirkeby or Dueodde with its lighthouse and fantastic beach.
