"Excellent location. Great restaurants all around and easy walk to Shinjuku station. We had a spacious twin room. We were on the 29th floor with a great view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Disappointed we were unable to go on the balcony with Godzilla. "

"The air conditioning didn’t work and it was very hot. The laundry mats were very inconvenient and the dryers didn’t work well (it took about 2 hours to dry each load) and there weren’t enough machines, so everyone was waiting. It wasn’t a very good operation."

"Excellent hotel. The staff and service was impeccable. The room we had was huge and had a nice view. Lots of restaurants in the area and short walk to train stations and the Tokyo metropolitan building. Would 10000% stay there again. Thank you!"
