Hotels in Akita Prefecture

"Very clean and quiet stay in a great location - highly recommend for the price!"

"Breakfast had a good spread with varieties for butter spread and the fruits were from local Japan which was delicious."

"Very clean room, good breakfast, and staff very good , patient & helpful."

"A great stay. Close to everything too. Would stay again."

"Awesome place and super friendly staff. Great location!!"

"This is an older hotel/onsen that has been bought by a Japanese chain, and they have done a great job refurbishing parts of it while keeping the general feel of an older onsen. My friend and I greatly enjoyed our stay. We found the staff very kind and helpful, the food good, and the atmosphere in general very pleasant. Everything felt reasonably priced, and we had no problems using the onsen even with tattoos. We greatly enjoyed our stay and recommend it to anyone else looking for some peace in...

"Great location super easy check in and check out great value for money"

"All staff are excellent. We will definitely come back"

"Very good hospitality."

"Staff was great, food was delicious and the onsen was relaxing"

"We had a fabulous stay here myself and adult daughter. The hotel was set in à beautiful area with lots to see (although you really need a car to get around and make the most of the area). The staff were exceptional even to the extent of posting on my daughter’s headphones which she accidentally left behind. The food was fantastic both dinner and breakfast. The highlight was the onsen which had a wonderful view over the river. Cannot recommend this enough"

"Lovely place. Worth the visit and definitely try the onsen. "

"Loved their complimentary breakfast. They changed some side dish menu every day so I never got tired of it. You might need to wait in the line right after the serving time starts (6:30AM). Although the seats are limited, there’s an option to take out food to your room. Convenience store is located in the same building, which is big help especially for travelers’ first day."

"Very good!! Beautiful "

"Perfectly clean room, very helpful staffs, and the wonderful view from the breakfast place. "

"大浴場で、足を伸ばしてお風呂にも入れ、サウナで気分もスッキリして、翌日の観光に備えることかできました。"

"Hotel is about an easy mile walk from the train station but is very near lots of eateries. Onsen is lovely, free ramen in the evenings made for a relaxing evening after a long day and the bread was nice."

"Amazing staff, food and hospitality "

"Our room was more spacious than many of the hotels that we’ve stayed at in Japan. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great!"

"The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast which features local dishes. Kome eice is great. And as long as they serve small bowl of soup with Hinai Jidori meatballs, side dish of tonburi and cut nagaimo, I'll always choose this hotel. Staff are always nice and kind. A bit of local dialect that they speak also helps relax my mind. I appreciate the kind service and wonderful time while staying there. Arigato!"
