Customer service is terrible. Tried to get in contact with resort multiple times before our stay with no response. Front desk staff are extremely monotone and seem like they do not want to help in any way

Overall, we enjoyed our stay—the hotel was nice and the staff were great. However, the internet was unreliable and the beach mats could use a good clean. Still, it was a relaxing trip and we’d consider coming back.

Le 1er soir, j'ai du changer de chambre à 1h du matin à cause d'autres personnes qui étaient saoules et qui criaient.
