「We stayed at Golden Tulip as a family, they were welcoming and late check-in was not a problem.
The room was clean and tidy but the beds were small for a family.
Overall the stay was good, but the only down side is communication:
1st: The website stated that I don't have to pay until I am at the property and that I could cancel till the 30th of December, they called my number at night saying that I have to make a bank transfer in the morning otherwise my booking would be canceled, which is so...

「Extremely disappointed. Once we got to the location we received a totally different room/apartment. I booked this specific place off the photos for the view and jacuzzi. However the person said the one we choose on the site was already booked and the new apartment would be okay for us which was a one bedroom with no jacuzzi. It wasn’t!
